• Process and confirm your booking.
• Communicate with you regarding your reservation (weather changes, availability, etc.).
• Comply with local Spanish legal regulations and Tenerife maritime rules.

3. Data Protection (GDPR) & Third Parties

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is stored securely. However, by using our booking service, you agree that:

• Transfer to Final Operators: Your booking data (name and phone) will be transferred to the final jet ski operating company so they can provide the service and comply with maritime registries.
• Use of WhatsApp (Meta): By using our booking button, you will be redirected to WhatsApp (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.). The processing of messages sent through this platform is subject to Meta's own privacy policies.

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
